Demolition

Every kind of teardown.

Whatever’s standing, we take it down and haul it off — and because we’re a full site-work outfit, the same crew can grade the lot when we’re done.

Demolition questions, answered straight.

How much does demolition cost in Charlotte?
Sheds start at $199 for a small 6x4 and run to $2,000+ for a large one. Mobile homes start at $6,500 for a small single-wide with easy access and can exceed $15,000 for a large double-wide. Houses start at $15,000 and can exceed $50,000 depending on size and scope. Barns, pools and light commercial are quoted after a site walk. Every job gets a flat written quote - never an hourly meter.
Do you pull the demolition permit?
Yes. We pull the demolition permit, file the state notification where required, and coordinate utility disconnects. Mecklenburg, Iredell, Gaston, Cabarrus and Union counties each handle filing a little differently and we deal with all of them regularly.
What about asbestos?
Any structure built before 1980 typically needs an asbestos survey before demolition. We coordinate the survey and any required abatement so the teardown is legal and safe. This is the step most low bids leave out.
How long does a demolition job take?
Most sheds and garages are one day. Mobile homes are one to two days. A house teardown is typically two to four days on site once permits and disconnects are cleared, plus haul-off and grading.
Do you haul everything away, or do I need a dumpster?
Everything is included. We haul off all debris and leave the site clean and rough-graded. You do not need to rent a dumpster or schedule separate hauling.
What happens to the foundation or slab?
Your call. Leave it, cap it, or fully break out and remove it. We price each option separately so you can decide what fits whatever comes next on the lot.
Do you demolish part of a structure instead of all of it?
Yes - selective and interior demolition is routine work. Partial teardowns, interior gut-outs, and taking down an addition while leaving the main structure standing are all things we do regularly.
What areas do you serve?
Charlotte and the surrounding metro: Mooresville, Huntersville, Cornelius, Davidson, Concord, Matthews, Gastonia, Statesville, Troutman, plus Rock Hill and Fort Mill in South Carolina.
Are you insured?
Yes - fully insured for demolition work, with certificates available on request. Ask for them before anyone puts a machine on your property.
