Raider Site Services (“we,” “us”) provides demolition, land clearing, grading and site-work services in North and South Carolina. This policy explains what information we collect when you contact us for a quote, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

We only collect what we need to quote and perform work. That includes:

Your name, phone number and email address
The address or location of the property, and details about the job
Anything else you choose to tell us in a form, text, email or call

We collect this when you submit a form on this website, submit a lead form on our Facebook or Instagram ads, or contact us directly. We do not collect payment card numbers or Social Security numbers through this website.

How we use it

To contact you about your request and schedule a site walk
To prepare and send you a quote
To perform the work and communicate with you about it
To follow up if we don’t reach you the first time
To keep records required for our business, insurance and tax purposes

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Calls and text messages

When you give us your phone number, you agree that we may call or text you about your request, including through an automated system. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. Opting out of texts will not affect our ability to quote or perform work — we’ll simply call or email instead. Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of purchasing anything from us.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers who help us run the business, and only so they can perform that work for us:

Our customer and scheduling software, which stores your contact details and our communication history with you
Meta (Facebook and Instagram), when you submit a lead form on one of our ads
Our website host, which processes form submissions
Our email and phone providers

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, safety or property.

Photographs of completed work

We photograph jobs we complete and may use those photos on this website, in advertising and on social media. These photos show the work itself. We do not publish customer names or street addresses alongside them. If you’d prefer we not use photos of your property, tell us and we’ll remove them.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests and customer records for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our legal, tax and insurance obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time and we’ll do so unless we’re required to keep it.

Children

Our services are for property owners and businesses. This website is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
